Chart plugin is a product of Pavel Kuligin ('us', 'we', or 'our') for Sketch.app, Adobe XD.app, Figma.app.

By purchasing and using our software, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Chart plugin. The materials contained in Chart plugin are protected by applicable copyright law.

License

1. Permission is granted to download and install Chart plugin within Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the plugin source code

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Chart plugin

2. Your use of Chart will be reviewed and/or removed if you violate any of these restrictions.

Purchasing Fee

Our pricing plans are simple and transparent that will allow you to use Chart plugin within any software Chart is available. Currently in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma. These plans (Free, Pro, and Team) can be found on our Pricing page.

We may modify the purchase fee at any time, but it will affect only the new subscriptions.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Purchase. We may add or remove the support for certain payment methods at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
