# Refund Policy

You are paid for Chart but have problems or just want to stop subscription? 😞 We are really sorry. But you can always ask us to stop subscription or get for a refund. 

### Follow these steps to stop subscription or get a refund

1. You want:
   1. To unsubscribe: at any time
   2. To get a refund: you are used Chart less than a week or you get an unexpected recurring charge
2. Ping us via <hello@chartplugin.com>
3. We will stop your subscription or do a refund

That is all, easy and fast. You are in good company! 😊
